Please read and acknowledge your acceptance of the appropriate use of the funds you are requesting. It is the responsibility of the faculty member requesting these funds to ensure that the funds are being used in conjunction with the Guidelines for Expenditure of Computer Access Fee Funds which states:
"Proceeds from the Computer Access Fee shall be administered by the President of Texas A&M University and shall be used exclusively to provide students with access to computing and computing services for instructional purposes."
