We
have implemented a new help desk system to help us keep on top of issues
and to allow you, our users, to be able to track the progress of your
requests.
The link to submit a report is the same as it has
always been, but now you must login. To login to the system, use your
HLKN email address (ie
username@hlkn.tamu.edu)
in the User Name field, and your HLKN
password. Using this page, you can submit new help requests, view
progress or completion status, and view your old requests.
All help requests
will be processed through this new system. If you are unable to login
to the system, we will fill a request out on your behalf; just call us
at 845-1065 and someone will assist you.
